About Meghan

I am a designer, strategist, and advocate who has spent my career shaping experiences that honor human needs, drive innovation, and challenge the status quo. With a background spanning finance, wearable tech, SaaS, startups, B2B, and mobile apps, I have led design teams and built products that blend efficiency, empathy, and impact.

Before entering the world of UX and product strategy, I studied anthropology and women's studies, driven by a deep curiosity about human behavior, culture, and the systems that shape our lives. That passion led me to pursue midwifery, where I found myself holding space for some of the most intimate, life-changing moments a person can experience. I was drawn to the trust, care, and precision that birth work demanded—an ethos that continues to guide my approach to design.

At my core, I have always been a designer, constantly looking for ways to make experiences more intuitive, more efficient, and more human. Whether in healthcare, technology, or business, I believe that good design has the power to bring ease, dignity, and transformation to people’s lives. Through Medusa Design Lab, I bring together my experience in systems thinking, product innovation, and human-centered design to help companies and organizations build solutions that matter—especially in maternal health and reproductive justice, where the need for thoughtful, systemic change is urgent.
